Poster presentations must be mounted by the participants on the poster boards located in the designated Poster Area at the congress venue.
Poster presenters are expected to be present at their posters during coffee breaks for discussions.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any loss or damage to posters during or after the presentation.
Oral and poster presentations that are not delivered during the congress will be removed from the abstract book.
In order for an abstract to be accepted, the presenting author must complete their registration and payment by November 7, 2025.
Participants who receive an acceptance letter must upload their final presentation files (oral/poster) to the system.
