ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATION PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Abstracts must be uploaded to the Congress Management System (https://cms.nku.edu.tr) in accordance with the announced criteria and submission deadlines, to be forwarded to the Scientific Committee Chair via the Congress Organizing Committee.

  • The author who submits the abstract and will present it must complete the congress registration.

  • Each participant may present a maximum of 2 abstracts at the congress.

  • Submitted abstracts must not have been previously published or presented elsewhere.

  • Our congress meets the criteria for Associate Professorship.

  • The abstract (excluding the Title, Authors, and Affiliations) must not exceed 250 words, and the full text must not exceed 1500 words.

  • Both Abstracts and Full Texts must be structured, using the following section headings: Introduction and Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusion:

    • Introduction and Aim: The aim and objectives of the study or the problem being addressed should be clearly stated.

    • Methods: The methods and subjects/animals, treatments, and interventions should be clearly defined. Statistical analysis methods and ethical approval should also be indicated.

    •  Results: Should be written clearly and must include statistical outcomes.

    •  Conclusion: The key findings and conclusions of the study should be clearly stated, and the significance of the results should be emphasized.

  • Abstracts / Full Texts must be written using Times New Roman, 10 pt font size, and be fully justified, following the official Abstract Template.

  • Page margins must be set to 2,5 cm on all sides (top, bottom, right, and left).

  • References should be listed at the end of the text, not within the body of the text.

  • Abstracts and Full Texts must be prepared in English.

  • Authors are entirely responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors in their submissions.
