After entering the first and last names of the authors, a number should be placed in parentheses after each name to indicate institutional affiliation. If all authors are from the same institution, numbering is not necessary.
If there is a numbering system, an asterisk (*) should be added next to the number of the corresponding author. If all authors are from the same institution, placing an asterisk (*) after the corresponding author's name is sufficient.
